How
is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped through FedEx. Our choice to use
FedEx exclusively enables us to offer you the fastest and
best shipping options for the lowest cost.
How
Much is Shipping?
CoffeeWiz.com offers free shipping on any order over $50.
This, of course, is the best option. For orders
less than the free shipping minimum, a real-time FedEx home
delivery shipment quote is provided. Exepedited
FedEx shipping options like 2nd day and overnight shipping
are available. Cost is based on location, weight and size
of the shipped package.
When
will my order ship?
Most orders will ship out within One to Two business Days.
Backordered items will ship when the stock is replenished
as noted in the item description. At the present time, CoffeeWiz
does not ship orders over the weekend.
How
long will it take to get here?
Please refer to our USA Shipping Region
Map to calculate your order's estimated arrival.
Canadian
customers can reference our Canda Shipping
Region Map to calculate your order's estimated arrival.
Will
CoffeeWiz ship to Canada?
Yes! We now ship to any address in Canada for a flat rate
of $18. Two shipments are sent out weekly on Tuesdays and
Fridays via FedEx.

I get a confirmation email of my order?
Yes. If your order was placed on the website you will receive
a confirmation email

I
haven't received an email from CoffeeWiz.com confirming
my order, what do I do?
Confirmation emails and shipment notification emails are
generated by the store system. Because emails come from
the CoffeeWiz.com domain name, you may need to change your
spam blocker settings to allow all mail from CoffeeWiz.com.
If you haven't changed your settings, you may need to look
into your spam folder to find our emails.
Can
I change or cancel my order?
Most orders are processed the same day they are received.
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call
us at 1-800-922-9924.
Do
you ship to PO Boxes?
Not at this time, our exclusive carrier FedEx, is currently
working on this and we hope to address this later in 2008.
What
is a K-Pod?
There is no such thing as a K-pod. There are K Cups, which
are used for the Keurig coffee brewer and Coffee PODS, which
are used for any POD coffee brewer. T-DISCS are a new single
cup format only compatible with the TASSIMO brewer.

Are the pods on the site compatible
with my pod brewer?

Are
Monster Pods the same as regular pods?
These pods are much larger than standard pods and have been
tested and confirmed compatible with the following: BUNN
My Cafe' Brewer, Phillips Senseo (using double pod holder),
and the KRUPS KP1010 Brewer.
Can
I return something I bought from CoffeeWiz?
Coffeewiz.com
offers a free 30 day return policy. If for any reason you
are unhappy with your purchase please call us toll free
at 800-922-9924 for a return authorization number. You will
not be give credit without a return authorization number.
All products MUST be returned in their original carton.
Products not returned in the original carton are not eligible
for credit. Upon receipt of your return a credit will be
issued according to your payment method. If returning equipment
we urge you to insure the item with your carrier. We are
not responsible for any damage caused in shipping the product
back to us. If you have any questions related to our returns

How do
I sign up with CoffeeWiz.com? If you are new to CoffeeWiz.com
there are two ways you can sign up to start saving on your
coffee and supplies. On the top menu bar, there is button,
which reads "My Account."
Simply,
click on this button and you will be brought to our customer
sign-up page. Fill out your basic contact information (no
credit card information is required) and create your login
id and password. Once these are submitted, you will receive
a "Welcome To CoffeeWiz.com" email confirming
your account and you can start shopping with the whiz! However,
you can also create your account as part of your checkout
process the first time you shop. Simply, purchase your coffee
supplies and proceed through checkout as normal. Before
you place your order, you will be asked to enter an email
address, password, and other basic preferences. Once you
place your order, your account will be created at
the same time. You will receive an order confirmation via
email.
You are
not required to login to purchase products at CoffeeWiz.
However, creating a customer account with CoffeeWiz will
allow you access useful online tools to make your online
buying experience more enjoyable.
